酒店步行去科帕卡巴納海灘390米 位置不錯 酒店門口旁即是地鐵站入口 如使用地鐵服務也是非常方便 早餐食物選擇多 性價比還是不錯的 值得推薦入住

房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，浴室龍頭水壓低早餐豐富，酒店交通便利，周邊餐館好多，距離地鐵口70米距離，是里約熱內盧旅行值得推薦的經濟型酒店

Café da manhã péssimo sem variedade, não condiz com as fotos do site Limpeza dos quartos péssima O hotel não tem toalhas suficiente para os hospedes, solicitamos toalhas e nos informaram que estavam todas molhadas, ficamos sem a toalha do hotel. Não recomendo se hospedar nesse hotel. Att,

Hotel está 80% com mofo em todos os quartos, alguns piores outros menos. O ralo do banheiro entupido, quando abre o chuveiro vira uma piscina. A limpeza é ruim, precisa melhorar. A recepção do café da manhã, é muito pequena e da muita aglomeração. Não recomendo! Hotel precisa que grandes manutenções.

Muito bem localizado. Perto da praia, ao lado da estação de metrô. Bons bares e restaurantes na região. Hotel simples, mas bem organizado, limpo e com café da manhã completo.

I had a great stay at Hotel Atlântico Rio! They kindly allowed me to check in a few hours early, which made a big difference after a long journey. The staff were warm, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. The breakfast was fresh and satisfying, with plenty of options to start the day right. One of the best parts is the location — just a short walk to Copacabana Beach, perfect for catching the sunrise. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Rio.

Ficamos hospedados por 4 noites e tivemos uma experiência decepcionante. O banheiro apresentava mofo, o secador de cabelo não funcionava direito e vários acabamentos do quarto estavam quebrados. O ar condicionado parou de funcionar durante a estadia. Além disso, a limpeza do quarto era muito ruim — o quarto permanecia sujo mesmo após a “limpeza”. O café da manhã era relativamente bom e o chuveiro também era bom, o que foram os poucos pontos positivos. Ainda assim, pelo valor pago e pelo que foi anunciado, a experiência ficou muito abaixo do esperado.

Worst hotel I've stayed in my life. Staff look like they could not be bothered with anything. No service at all from the front desk. No one picks up the phone when calling. Room was dirty. Pillows, bedsheets, curtains etc were all stained. Basin was leaking. Rooms did not have ledge to double lock. key cards kept malfunctioning so we had to reset it with the front desk every time we left the room. Elevator takes incredibly long and makes creaking sound as though the last wire would snap and the whole thing would free fall. Breakfast was chaotic, like a market. Food felt like it came out of a military cookhouse. Plates and cups still had remnants of food on them. Lobby was incredibly tiny and packed. Felt like the entrance of a ******* especially with people smoking at the door most of the time. WiFi sucks. Couldn't load emails half the time and forget about anything with photos and videos. Hotel was also extremely strict about check in and check out time. So for the most part of the day, the lobby looks like a gathering place for the homeless. Hotel also charges to keep your luggage for you. This is ridiculous, especially for a hotel that charges USD 50/night and claims to be a 3-4 star property. No way this hotel deserves more than a 2 star. Even that would be a very generous rating. You would be better off with the 3 star IBIS hotel next door.

Ao chegar, queriam me colocar em um quarto diferente ao contratado. Precisei provar que o quarto contratado divergia do oferecido. Para acessar ao quarto, precisava reativar o cartão-chave em cada oportunidade, tendo de recorrer a recepção do Hotel de 4-5 vezes ao dia, o que gerava perda de tempo e mal estar. Por último, o colchão era muito velho. Dava pra sentir a protuberancia das molas machucando as costas. As almofadas eram baixas e só davam 1 por hóspede. Não havia mantas extras para as noites frias. As noite de sono não eram reparadoras. Não sei como era classificado com 4 estrelas. Não voltarei.
